By placing an order on ticklestitch.com, you agree to these Terms. TickleStitch is a brand storefront operated by ElieCom L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as "Tickle Stitch"; the operator may operate additional brand storefronts under separate registered trade names, but these Terms apply only to your purchase through TickleStitch.

1. Products and Orders

TickleStitch sells apparel, accessories, and gifts for gift-givers and humor-seekers shopping for shirts that make people laugh. parents, grandparents, friends, and coworkers buying for birthdays, holidays, and "just because" moments. skews female, age 25-55, us-based, who buy for partners, kids, siblings, or themselves. sweet spot is the $20-30 gift price band.. Products are made-to-order via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Each order is produced after you place it; this is not pre-stocked inventory.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time prior to order confirmation. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is collected at the time of order via Shopify Payments and other supported processors.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping address verification failures, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order we will refund the full amount.

4. Production and Shipping

Production typically takes 2–7 business days after order placement. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination, typically 3–10 business days within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries; transit times vary.

You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because every product is made-to-order specifically for you, we do NOT accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or sizing mistakes.

We DO accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for:

• Manufacturing defects (misprints, ink errors, tears)
• Damaged-in-transit items
• Items that arrived materially different from what you ordered

To request a return for one of the above reasons, email info@ticklestitch.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and other content on ticklestitch.com are the property of ElieCom L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as "Tickle Stitch", or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

The "TickleStitch" name, logo, and tagline are trademarks of ElieCom L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as "Tickle Stitch".

7. Account and Acceptable Use

If you create a customer account on ticklestitch.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ticklestitch.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) disrupt the site's operation, or (d) submit false or misleading information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." Other than warranties expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our products or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElieCom L.L.C., a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as "Tickle Stitch" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in New Jersey. You waive any right to class action or representative proceedings. Either party may bring individual claims in New Jersey small claims court instead.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Exclusive venue for non-arbitration proceedings: New Jersey state or federal courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued purchase or use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
