Shipping Policy

TickleStitch ships worldwide via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printify). Because every product is made-to-order, your order goes through two stages: production and shipping.

1. Production Time

Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Typical production time is 3–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales) production may take a few extra days.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Estimated transit times after shipping:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • United Kingdom and Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–21 business days

Total time = production time + transit time. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of placement.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. Free shipping promotions are advertised on the storefront and applied automatically when you qualify.

4. Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TickleStitch is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. To request a correction before shipment, email info@ticklestitch.com immediately after ordering.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ticklestitch.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
